Mr. Eby has served as a director since June 2005. Mr. Eby is Chairman & CEO of TimePartners LLC, investment advisors managing equity portfolios for institutions and private partnerships. Mr. Eby serves on the Board of Directors of Markel Corporation, Suburban HealthCare System and Level 3 Communications. Mr. Eby earned a BA in economics from Catholic University and an MBA from Indiana University.
